An introduction to what the Japan Flasta Association does
Standard Regulations
We develop standard guidelines for flower stand acceptance rules that currently differ from venue to venue — covering delivery methods, installation, size limits, safety standards, collection, and contact points — to prevent trouble caused by mismatched expectations.
Member Florist Program
We register florists that meet defined standards — practical experience in production, delivery, and collection, plus a system for checking event regulations — as association member florists, so organizers, venues, and users can order with confidence.
Consultation Desk for Organizers and Venues
We advise event organizers and venues on whether and how to accept flower stands: designing regulations, setting acceptance and safety management fees, introducing bulk collection, and building response flows for when trouble occurs.
Bulk Collection Scheme
To ease the burden of late-night collection after shows and of individual pickups by multiple florists, we are building a bulk collection scheme run by the association and partner companies — including rules for disposal, reuse, and sorting.
Insurance and Compensation Programs
Working with insurance companies and agencies, we are studying compensation programs that reduce the risk of users losing the substantial cost of a flower stand when an event is canceled or postponed due to force majeure.
Public Outreach and Education
We share accurate knowledge, etiquette, and the thinking behind regulations through our website and events, creating an environment where even first-time senders can give a flower stand with confidence.
FOR EACH ROLE
What We Offer Each Role
The association provides support and points of contact for everyone involved in flasta.
For Florists
Our member florist program is open to florists that produce, deliver, and collect flower stands. Members follow the association's guidelines, and in return we are building systems that make the flasta business easier to sustain — coordination support with venues and access to the bulk collection scheme. To discuss joining, please use the contact form.
For Event Organizers and Venues
Consult us on creating acceptance rules, designing acceptance and safety management fees, introducing bulk collection, and building trouble-response flows. We can also help you consider giving priority to member florists. Please reach out via the contact form.
For Fans and Users
For first-time senders, our guidelines cover what to check before ordering and basic etiquette. We are also building systems — such as compensation programs for cancellations and postponements — so your heartfelt gift arrives with peace of mind.
